Ridgetop Reserve Meats is the heritage meats brand of BFR Meats, Inc. that specializes in Akaushi Beef and Magline Pork. Founded in 2022, by partners Daniel Brown and JD Baltzell, with the goal of providing a caliber of meat not seen in the food industry. Taking the same genetic and nutritional approach as BFR Meats, Ridgetop Reserve Meats is one of the few true conception to consumption brands that is farmer owned and operated through every step of the journey.
