The old style Jewish Delicatessens of New York City are known for their Corned Beef & Pastrami Sandwiches piled high on rye bread. Our Delicatessen Brine embodies the flavors of the Jewish Deli that we all love. This Brine can be used to make both Corned Beef & Pastrami.
1. Mix 1/3 cup pf Brine Mix with 1 qaurt of water & bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat & let cool at room temp then refrigerate until well chilled.
3. Place 5 lb brisket in large meat bag & pour brining iquid over it.
4. Brine for 3-4 days
